Photocritic.org - are megapixels all that matter ?

Race for megapixels. Does more megapixels guarantee better image quality ?




Today's talk in digital photography world is all about megapixels. Unfortunately, due to the megapixel race, some of the other aspects (such as quality of the optics) were marginalized from the perspective of a photography beginners horizon. Photocritic.org in his article "Enough with the megapixels already" argues the megapixels race and re-emphasizes the values of good glass and camera. The blog is a great resource and more than deserves our recommendation.
